Tensions escalated as Spicer began to believe that one neighbor, in particular, was conspiring to have her evicted from her beloved beachfront hut.
In a surprising turn of events, the local council revoked her access to the beach hut in 2021, marking her as the first person to be evicted from a beach hut in the area in 25 years. This eviction marked the beginning of a bitter feud that would eventually lead to legal repercussions for Spicer.
