“I’ve never thought about bringing a knife to myself,” she asserts. “Why fix something that’s not broken?”

Even simple tasks like driving become complicated due to her large breasts. “I’m not going to put on my seat belt because it’s too tight across my breasts,” she explains.
Despite facing adversity and ridicule throughout her life, Ms. Hawkins-Turner maintains a steadfast and positive self-image. Speaking on the UK breakfast show This Morning last June, she revealed that she has been bullied since childhood and continues to face daily taunts from strangers.

Speaking to hosts Phillip Schofield and Jenni Falconer on This Morning, she revealed the constant anxiety she experiences when leaving her home. “Every day someone teases me that doesn’t know me. They make fun of me for no reason. I’m human like everybody else. I’m just blessed in different ways than other people. It affects my son very badly because people stare,” she shared.
The bullying began at a young age, starting when she received her first bra at ten years old. “I don’t know what size I was. I was just big,” she recalled. “The only thing I remember about those bras is they were cotton and they stuck out just like footballs, and that’s when I knew I was different. Kids are some of the worst people in the world when it comes to picking on people. I was teased a lot.”
The challenges didn’t end there. Ms. Hawkins-Turner was heartbroken to discover that she couldn’t breastfeed her children comfortably due to the size of her chest.
She also opened up about her late husband, Alan, a retired Air Force officer whom she was married to for 13 years until his passing seven years ago. “He turned my whole life around,” she said. “He treated me like a queen. He loved me and he loved my kids. He was my angel, it wasn’t just sexual.”
