Loni Willison, once a well-known model and former spouse of “Baywatch” star Jeremy Jackson, has seen a significant decline in recent years. Since their divorce in 2014, Willison has faced personal challenges, including homelessness.
Several years ago, Willison began experimenting with drugs, leading to a severe addiction to crystal meth. She shared that her life began to unravel due to her addiction, resulting in the loss of two jobs at a critical time when her mental health was deteriorating.
Photographs taken last October show the former model begging for money on the streets of Los Angeles, accompanied by a carriage containing her worn-out belongings. She was dressed in a mismatched outfit, including a red baseball cap, smoking a cigarette, and wearing a short haircut and leather fingerless gloves.
In an interview with The Sun following her public appearance, Willison stated, “I haven’t spoken to Jeremy. I don’t want to speak to my friends. I’m doing just fine. I don’t want anyone to help me.” During this time, she was observed searching through garbage cans in Venice, California, behind multi-million-dollar homes, claiming, “I can live on my own. I’ve got everything I need right here. Nobody really cares about me, and I don’t want to see them. They don’t want to see me. I haven’t got a cell phone. I’ve got food, and I’ve got a place to sleep. I get money here and there, and there’s food in the bins and near the stores. There’s lots here.”
Prior to her struggles, Willison had a successful modeling career, even gracing the cover of Australian Glam Fit magazine. However, her drug addiction and subsequent mental health issues have made it difficult for her to maintain stability.
Her life took a turn for the worse when she could no longer maintain employment and was eventually evicted from her apartment, forcing her to live on the streets. Willison’s decline began after her divorce from Jackson was finalized.
“I lost two jobs, and everything crumbled. It’s been two years. I’ve been on the streets since,” she said. “I’d split from Jeremy at that time. I have not had any contact with him. All the challenges I’ve faced have been incredibly overwhelming.”
In a previous report by Daily Mail, drug rehab expert Larry Marinelli, owner of True Intentions sober living home and co-founder of True Hope Calling, reached out to help Willison free of charge. Despite Marinelli’s offer and a plan to assist her in overcoming her addiction, she declined the help and returned to the streets within twenty-four hours.
