Country music icon Garth Brooks’ health is reportedly deteriorating amidst a troubling r*pe scandal that could have serious consequences for his career.

The shocking lawsuit, filed on Thursday, October 3, was brought by a woman identified as “Jane Roe.” She claims she worked for Brooks as a hairstylist and makeup artist.
The woman’s lawsuit describes her employment by Brooks beginning in 2017, although she was initially hired in 1999 to work with Trisha Yearwood, Brooks’ wife.
In response, Brooks filed a countersuit against the makeup artist, accusing her of extortion and defamation. He alleges that she threatened to expose her story unless he paid her millions of dollars.

Despite the 62-year-old country music star continuing to deny the serious allegations made against him, sources close to Garth Brooks have revealed that he’s facing significant emotional and physical tolls during this turbulent time.
“He firmly believes he’ll come out of this situation, but it’s been incredibly stressful,” one insider reportedly shared with RadarOnline.
“He’s buried in legal meetings, with his phone constantly ringing. He’s also having to answer tough questions from family and friends.”
Another source described the current situation as one of the most challenging of Brooks’ life. “The pressure he’s under is pushing him to his breaking point,” they said.

In a statement to CNN following the filing of the lawsuit, Brooks expressed his frustration, saying, “For the last two months, I have been hassled to no end with threats, lies, and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars.”
Brooks Addresses Allegations and Denies Wrongdoing

According to the lawsuit filed by the accuser, Brooks and the woman, referred to as “Ms. Roe,” flew to Los Angeles in 2019 aboard the singer’s private jet.
The lawsuit details that upon their arrival in Los Angeles, Roe was shocked to discover that Brooks had booked a hotel suite with only one bedroom, leaving her without a separate space.
Roe’s suit claims that once they entered the hotel room, Brooks “appeared in the doorway to the bedroom, completely naked,” which led her to feel “trapped in the room alone with Brooks.”
Roe’s legal team told CNN that Brooks’ attempt to silence their client by filing a preemptive lawsuit in Mississippi was simply a desperate act aimed at intimidation.
